Ladies were about to change as well. I think she’s got just under 3 hours so can hopefully make it. She’s done about 1:10 for a 50 but is on her road bike.

Just gone through 20 miles on the run. But a slow last segment. May have stopped for fuel or something.
Tracker estimate is about an 11.25
