Well fuck me. That was horrendous.
7hr bike ffs! The wind was just insane, so strong, at times it was blowing my helmet off my head - the bike was a bastard to handle.
Not particularly proud of that performance or time but I’m pleased to finish.
Swim was alright, bit choppy but nothing too bad
First lap bike was good fortunate to stay close to Mrme as he dropped his bottle (twice!)
He dropped me into a strong wind and that was that - the man is a machine, bloody well done on another victory 
he looked mega strong on the run
TRO came passed like a train on the run
I just suffered through it, first lap was alright but my head was never in it. Lots of walking on the last lap ransacking the stations of their gels, got about 30 quids worth!
