, sorry you had to wait so long for me but it was even more miserable for me 
FMD that was unpleasant, almost as bad as CCC, I’m all out of sand
Swim wasn’t too bad apart from rubbish sighting and my trisuit rubbing on my neck, it’s going to sting later.
Bike felt relentless and then the heat got to me on the run, was trying to be sick again like La Flegere but nothing came out, walked most of a lap and then started shuffling. Hamstring was tight but didn’t feel like it was going to go pop, need to see how it feels tomorrow.
Pretty much got what I trained for but that’s a tough bike course.

Thanks all that was a magnificent but brutal course, destroyed my (and many other’s) legs. I think it’s a great world championshio course.
Might have been world champs field but plenty walking…

It was a gritty counter intelligence drama iirc. Well written, well casted and well acted…the combination of which could produce a degree of realism despite its mostly office setting.
