I pee in the wetsuit regardless - cannae get enough of peeing in my wetsuit

Its OK when start is on grass, however, when waiting at start on soil, avoid the muddy patches. On concrete or paving stones, like Hamburg or Elsinore, there were sustpicious puddles close to where I was standing… I discretely moved away

reminds me of the time at Vitruvian (not sure which year) that I had a pee in my wetsuit while listening to the race briefing. what I didn’t realise was that I had a small gash in the suit on one thigh and the piss was leaking through that and down my leg - spotted by many! 
if it had come out around the ankle nobody would have noticed.

I worry for you younger ones. You’re gonna be back in pull-ups before you’re 50

I can just about slow down enough to have a leak at the end of the swim heading into T1 which sets me up for the rest of most races

Only have 2x Outlaw as IM distance swims and managed pee during the 1st no bother, I go so slow there’s no need to slow down. At the first Leeds WTS race, it was tipping it down when I got to T2 and I was desperate for a pee. Got ready to head off really quickly, then saw a huge queue for the portaloos so just took a runner off and had a massive pee then grabbed water off bike to ‘hose’ my leg down then off on the run.
Peed on the swim, bike & run without stopping nobother #proper Ironman #slackbladder.

The first I’d heard of peeing on the go on the run was from @stenard - I was pretty shocked tbh - still couldn’t bring my self to do that on Sunday

I’ve peed on the run many times in races. Most famously at one Toughguy when my legs were so muddy you could see the rivulets of piss marks in the mud down my legs. Oops!
ETA: never managed to piss on the bike and only ever once when swimming (Outlaw)

In Austria it was soo hot, locals had set up hosepipes every few hundered meters so was intentionally wet as an otter, nobody could possibly notice a bit extra drainage.

I did it on my first one. Yeah I had to stand still and strike a funny pose, then it all pooled in my sock 
lol - the portaloos were always being used and it was the first and only time I ran really well. After that I was quite happy to queue for a minute or two
I did once, Wimbleball in 2011; I was all focussed on getting in <5:45 and a few things went wrong so I didn’t have the time to spare to pee.
It pooled in my shoe, and so when I was in the change tent and a helper tried to pick the shoes up for me I shouted ‘NOOOO… YOU DON’T WANT TO TOUCH THEM’ she looked a bit confused, I didn’t tell her they were covered in piss. I did, however, just tie a knot in the top of the bag and throw them in the back of the car afterwards, where they sat for I think 2 days. 
it was not good when I remembered they were there and stewing. Through the combination of a lot of milton and baking soda they got better though.
And I ended up at 5:47

I’ve never had a pee for a 70.3 or IM.

back in the day, before I stopped solids on race day etc, but never a pee.
My urine resembles golden syrup at 6pm post-race

The result of my one and only attempt to pee on the bike. It took me about 10 miles to convince my bladder to let go, losing speed and race concentration while the effort to empty an overly full bladder became all consuming. Then for it to just run down my leg and pool in my brand new Lakes was. Irritating!
How is it even possible to run and piss? That’s actually commendable!
