Crazy how times have dropped the last 6 years since Lange was first to go sub 8. 20 years ago they were an hour slower. I know bike and shoe tech is responsible for some time, but they are so fast now. The Macca / Crowie era they were typical 8:15 ish apart from Crowies float day in 2011
