Norwegians slowed a bit on the last split, still faster that Sam, a bit (10s)

Ah, so that’s why Max is slow though the aid stations, and keeps losing his time there…hes filling up his own bottle from lots of cups that he has to stop for.
I have to question if that’s really necessary when there’s an aid station every 2-2.5km
