Drink!

“…throws in the white towel”

You either wave the white flag or throw in the towel regardless of its colour, or you take a drink.

Not even midnight!

I think Ditlev will be passing Chevalier soon up to 5th, Skipper may be making it to 7th also then have 6th in sight

Then it’s a question of how much Laidlow and Neumann slow…

Blu and Iden look like XC Skiers running without skis and poles. Perfect synch.

Has the top end…!

Keep going fellas !

It’s not even 12….

Those ITU guys are really good at turning around to see behind them.

Really enjoyed that insight

Skipper is having a rough patch; he might not progress much now.

Sam pulled out a few seconds through 14.1m :crossed_fingers:

Ha.

Hoka marketing man has just offended half their potential buyers…
“women had their day on Thursday, but now the men are the main event” (or something to that effect)

I guess reading it, you could argue he meant the women were the main event Thursday, but that’s not immediately how I interpreted it

many more supporters on the course (those who raced on Thursday or locals who didn’t have to work)

Kristian seemed to let a bit of a gap open there, and had to surge to close it…

he is the master of the surge…

Well Laidlow is putting up a good fight. Defied expectation!

He is solid, I thought he’d die in the first 10km but his last mat pace was the same as the first.

The Norwegian hype train are 14-15s faster and they look like they have plenty in the tank, should get him in about 8-10km right where Allen proverb of the race starting at 30km is.

Sid through 104 miles in 32nd :clap:t4:

@SidSnot seems to have had an issue, just through 104miles, but we’ll down the AG now, shame…but at least back on the move now…

ETA…clearly too much to drink, I was looking at overall position :flushed:

Go Sid!
