Lace Up Cycle Shoes

The time has come to replace my trusty shoes, and was thinking of heading down the lace up route for something a bit different, anyone use Giro Empires etc?

Good enough for Merckx, good enough for me then!

Always liked these, not cheap though.

Bought myself a pair of Scott RC Lace shoes, picked them up for only £90 instead of the £200 RRP, gotta say they are very comfy and look pretty good too

lace up shoes always were comfy…must be excellent with better quality manufacture/modern materials…

I have these sitting in a bag (yes, they ship in a hessian bag), waiting for my new bike.

Rapha? They look lovely

Yes. Got them at quite a good discount. I loved their Climber shoes (made by Giro), but my son stole those and I bought Lake 332 shoes to replace them. Kangaroo leather…

Wiggins and the British track team use(d) laces - it’s more aero apparently.
