Do the 2014ish model of Magura Hydraulic Rim Brakes self adjust the width? Mine seems not to. I have to use my mate, Alan’s key every couple of rides to tighten it slightly at the front of the brake lever.

I seem to get through front pads like nobody’s business too.

Not the end of the world but a bit annoying.

Don’t think so. Mine have a 2.5mm grub screw to adjust at the lever but I use the Firecrest 404s wide and the only way I can get them not to rub, is to remove the concave washer, which is ok but unless I adjust them absolute spot on, I get some juddering, particularly on the back.
