Off-White™️
They’ll sell out in seconds and be on StockX for a 50% mark up before the day is out
Never heard of them before, looked them up…£150 for a kids T-Shirt, some people have too much money.
Anyone get a pair?
£700 - £1k on the resale market, not bad for a £235 initial price.
Do people actually wear these then? Or just pay stupid amounts of money and leave them in a box on a shelf?
Yeah that’s what I was wondering. I was thinking of grabbing a pair for local parkrun
I found out recently that my old zorlac skateboard is worth quite a bit. We’d been messing about on it - had no idea. I’ve noticed that people buy old boards as artwork and hang them on the wall.
Like this?
Best deck EVER‼️
@jgav - Ah, I just searched Off-White Air Tempo Black, all of those listings had no photos.
Still, that’s an approx £60 markup for just letting your bots buy them
This is it:
The same artist (Pushead) did some Metallica artwork as well which probably helps drive the price.
Sell it on SCUK facebook group. They love this stuff on there
Is there a critical speed where the Nike super shoes become effective? Would a 4 hour marathoner derive any benefit from them?
I’ve never owned a pair of Nike running shoes so have no idea if they are known for a narrow fit or wide fit or whatever? Are these considered to be particularly narrow? Saucony is my go to brand usually.
Thanks!
Yes - they’re gentle on legs and so help keep your speed up at the back end.
They’re an unusual shape, but Nike have a 60 day return policy, so you can try them out at no risk. My main pair are Saucony and I half-sized up in Nike’s because it has a narrower mid foot.
What is the accepted wisdom on deciding between the ones with the springy pods or the more normal looking ones?
Buy both.
Return the pair you don’t like.
Or keep both.
Very tempted to get a pair of the ASIC Metaspeed sky shoes. I have a 10% code and a gift voucher to take the edge off the order.
I really want some of the Asics - just can’t justify it in current form. Seem to be incredibly popular for the pro Triathletes.
Asics generally fit me really well - so would love a real world comparison to the Nikes
Any of you heard of Keller Sports? The prices seem too good to be true, Alphas @ £160 and Vapors @ £165. An admin from another forum (football) I’m on posted about them, so I believe they are legit.
Pretty sure I’ve used them before. They might be euro based but I can’t remember, which might account for the price difference.
Seems too good to be true???
“ Our items are shipped by Hermes from Germany. Please know that there will be no additional VAT or duty charges requested on delivery by our carriers.
Unless otherwise stated on a product page, the shipping of items from Germany takes 6 to 7 business days. You do not have to pay any additional customs duties.“
Seem legit from reviews?
Just buy the £7.99 premium membership to get a 10% discount on Nikes (so in effect, you get another £10 off) and you’ll get a free returns shipping label
I won a $300NZ voucher at the Auckland marathon and was hoping to get a pair of these with it. However they only got released over here after the expiry date. I am hoping to win another voucher again this year, so will be interested to hear how they match up. I think the theory is they are good for the quicker cadence folk? (I am a 200spm kind of guy so very interested)
