Got a 90 minute meeting from 1000-1130, then I need to make lunch, then two hours+ to digest…although I wouldn’t mind being the first of my Strava feed to go for a jog in them…
…walking around the house in them, I can now tell the FoamX in my blue 4% is completely gone.

So what’s the claimed ‘life’ of the Alphas then?
I bought my 4% Spring last year, they were last worn in Hamburg for the IM, and have done a total of 84km since April 2019! Will the last 13 months have allowed the Zoom X foam to pretty much recover to ‘as new’ condition?!

I think once that it is Squashed, it never comes back…

Pah… only just started using the £55 ZF3 I got back in January; so now on the look-out for a longer term replacement for these on fleabay.

15 mins! And they are here. My god they are bouncy. The atom knit is stiffer than the fly weave so not a rapid entry for tri but that might get easier. I forgot about the noise when running in these and the NEXT.

How sturdy is that knit fabric; it looks a bit stretched.
It’s like bloody fishing wire, your feet would be ripped to shreds barefoot…especially on the instep.
I have not yet been for a run, I’m just wearing them in the house whilst not doing any work 
aiming to go out at 4pm
