Hour bike at race pace
2 min rest
30 min run … pretty much all in.
Did this once a month for after a rest day … for years.
Worked for me, there are probably better sessions, but I was young and indestructible.
Think I’m gonna do this on Friday or Saturday. 1h15m on the bike being pessimistic then try to hold 5k at my 10k PB pace.
