There was no time for pacing on the bike, accelerate, brake hard for sharp left, roundabout, downhill, uphill, and into the first turnaround all within a few minutes. Power overall low AP220 NP230 Max 700!

Consequently I completely forgot about nutrition so hauled 750g around for nothing, necked most of it in T2.

I think the cadence gaps probably tells you what it was like.
