Olympic distance sub 2:30?

Hi all, looking at some post race analysis - I don’t usually look at heart rate so I’m wondering if some of you HR guys might have some commentary:

Avg HR
Swim 145
Bike 150
Run 160

My maxHR from the January 5k PB was 190.

Swim felt like a good effort but not near my limit.

Despite the spiky nature of the course once I got into the rhythm the bike felt like a hard effort but I could have kept lapping at that pace, and the AP/NP was pretty tight at 224/232 and an IF of 0.84 (with my current FTP, 0.9 on the day with my previous FTP).

Run as previously mention the first five minutes my HR spiked to 185 and averaged 171 and I felt bad like a stitch coming on, but settled at a similar pace to average 160 HR.

Personally I’m thinking the HR indicates I could go harder on the swim for sure and probably the bike…?
