Online conveyancing

If I could pick the TT massive brains please.

Any online conveyancers that people can recommend as being any good?? Looks like we’re moving house and the guy we had used for many years has now retired so we’re at a loss to know who to use. I’m not a fan of using full service solicitors for what is essential a paper exercise so a conveyancer is all that’s really needed.

The gaff we’re buying is a new build so less paperwork in some ways.

I use a very boring conveyancer, but he is very detailed and pedantic…

the advantage is that he can identify potential conflicts with land registry and boundaries etc…which save lots of hassle in the long term…
