I got this doc from brett hawke / swimsuitguy chat earlier, where a good point was made, no matter how bad this looks, there is legal doping going on nationally in swimming with TUE’s everywhere. Apparently loads of US Swimmers with them to have cortizone injections for shoulder injuries , lots of “asthma” etc
