There’s a few different types (of sudafed) after they branched out as people complained they felt too wired from the pseudoephedrine ± caffeine stimulants.

If you seriously thought / heard/ knew someone was using peds for tri would you report them ?
This happened to me when I started getting into hyrox, more than once to be honest
I was a bit conflicted but then realised there is zero testing for age groupers
( this is still the case I believe ?) so grassy gvthem up was pointless
Being honest I probably wouldn’t anyway
I’d just feel genuinely sorry for them

technically yes - there is a reporting line for that. However most reports come from other athletes, not TOs and administrators, as they are closer to the action.

I only knew one in person ( fantastic ski / row) world level to be honest but 10 mins slower than me overall as 16 stone guys don’t normally run very fast
The others were much nearer the pointy end and openly talking on hyrox sites about drug use, I thought it was a joke at first, then slowly realised it most definitely wasn’t.
