ETA I saw in a different article that the Nepalese authorities are investigating the use of xenon gas and saying it’s illegal there.
The implication seems to be that xenon would massively shorten the time needed in the country for a summit attempt, which I guess reduces revenue in Nepal

I saw that Everest story on BlueSky. You may think I’m being harsh; but this is the same as Bezos Mrs saying she’s an ‘astronaut’. It’s a complete marketing/ego stunt by the Thrudark guys, sold as a charity gig.

he came across OK in the TriTalk slating vid. I dont mind him, and his explanation for the TRT seems legit, but what he hasn’t realised is how the Septics are literally doping their way to Kona as they can virtually buy it off the shelf and anyone remotely pointy end is fed up with the drug cheats for little more than a hobby for all of us. I also felt like PM’ing him and saying ii’ll coach you to a tri, but I doubt he could handle it, as it’s a real sport not competitive exercising

See above. If TRT elevates you from also ran to winner/podium then you are getting an un-needed advantage.
Medication should be for people who’s ability to function in everyday life is improved; not so they can dominate at sports ffs.

Oh know I see that, i think it was a little tongue in cheek from him but I recon many on here would out lift him and he knows it. I watched one of his vids where he was taking that weight loss crap also. I’ve seen a lot banging on about it, but its little more than an appetite suppressant so for the obese, who it is meant for, yes good luck, but again its something being misused by people marginally overweight or looking for pb’s as you can buy it online by sending a bad photo of you looking fat and lying about your height/weight

He ran a 19 min park run at 101 kilos apparently (I’ve seen this but can’t confirm it as fact) at 47-48
Saying I got to 20 mins naturally then 19 on trt is a slippery slope for me
He obviously needs that trt/ medication to survive / feel normal and good luck to him however he shouldn’t be putting a number on in any sport really
If he does win he should decline any podium - age group medals
Ironically 45-50 year olds are going much faster than he did now in hyrox … he is not alone for sure
