That’s even weirder, why would you not just use your phone if it’s in your hand? Putting the video up on the TV by the many standards for doing that.

I’m controlling the TV from my phone.
The TV just mirrors what I do on the phone App.
The web browser is useful to watch stuff there’s not a TV App for…like navigating to the GCN race pass web app on Android Tv 
Using the phone cast function to the TV is an odd one, as you can’t generally run the phone app in the background whilst still using your phone.
The phone app casting has to be the one being used on Apple phones.

Schoolboy error from Yates, he stopped paying attention behind him and Pogacar made the most of it. Though whether Yates could’ve dropped him at the very end anyway is unclear as he’d been working hard for the last 5 km.
Good last half hour of the stage though.
Strada Bianche on Eurosport looks fantastic. Just starting the final gravel section.

Interesting that it doesn’t seem to be anything to do with the width adjustment, which would be the obvious suspect.

I’m assuming his weakness will be the real high mountains and extreme heat as that’s a big mass of skeleton and muscle to be carrying around!

Some kind soul had put K-B-K on YouTube; so I watched that last night (skipping through 1h40m worth). That was a good race! Then I watched a few other highlights videos. Made me wonder if the £20 GCN race pass was maybe worth it. Only thing for me, is I’d want to be able to watch it later in the day ‘not live’ and not know the result. Is that possible? @FatPom ? I’m not going to get away with watching it live for 2-3h on a Sunday!
Yeah, they’re pretty good at hiding it from the front of their app.
I did that with SB on Sat. Couldn’t find the time to watch it in the day. So caught it in bed on Saturday night instead. I had the option of the whole live stream sat on the app, long highlights (normally about 30 mins) or short highlights (normally about 5 mins). I picked up the ‘live’ stream and just fast forwarded to about 45km to go.
I had a couple of app notifications. I don’t think they had any spoilers, but i just swiped them without reading. Will make sure i turn those off from now on.
Also watched the highlights last night of Paris-Nice. Again, didn’t have any spoilers in my face on the app. For me it’s just staying off social media ( i follow a few riders and teams on insta) or my general news feed thing, as i seem to get lots from Cycling Weekly, Inner Ring etc.
I dunno, that was pretty vintage Porte circa 2017/2018?
