I’m on 160s for my TCR bike. If you asked me whether I can tell any difference moving from 165 to 160, I would be lying if I said I could…. However I can tell immediately if the cranks are 172.5

Sean Kelly and Jonathan Vaughters on Eurosport- it’s amazing how 2 UAE riders can ride on the front all day any reel in a breakaway of 14 strong, motivated riders. What have they got that the other riders haven’t?

I think yesterday’s win cost Pog very little.

It probably took a lot out of some of his teammates.
Pog got the win, but it wasn’t much of a spectacle. I thought he would have attacked from a couple of km out to try to put more distance into his GC rivals.
The team could have done all of that work only for him to lose out in the sprint
