Think I have it sussed on my Samsung TV. When the ads come on itās 3 down arrows and enter to flick to the multiscreen with no ads. Then the same to return when I guess the ads have finished!

Did a 3.2km run and decided it wasnāt a great ideaā¦ so dark, under the trees could hardly seeā¦ of course I got back and it brightened upā¦ could have got 8-10km in with hindsight.
Hoping the Tivo has recorded the TV highlights but doubt it as its a new box and I didnt set it.
