Pro Cycling Live - will contain spoilers

The Cycling Podcast had a long interview with David Walsh a couple of days ago and he was surprisingly un-sceptical about Pog :man_shrugging:

Tom Danielson was saying technology means it’s harder to dope & conceal nefarious activity these days.

I’ll stop you at ā€œtechnology meansā€.

I listen to this one regularly although it can get a bit off topic at times… One of the guys is Tom Simpsons nephew…

They were saying today that Pog is good at getting a small gap, then holding it so he’s probably very well paced rather than going for a massive gap. I think a lot of his rivals have given up chasing him and are racing for 2nd/3rd. Also if it wasn’t for him Ving would be getting more accusations.

Those of us who had to go with Pedersen for bonus points willing on an outsider!

Remarkable finish for the stage winner - just perfect timing

Another day of hoping one of the prime sprinters doesn’t win, as I have Pedsersen. I had Kooij for 2 stages and he was a bust tbh. Dillier has been utterly pointless, Molenaar DNFd and Vacek is fading. I also had Traeen.

Imagine how bad you lot are if I’m still leading atm :joy:

He looked better yesterday, just got jumped. Merlier looks cooked, think today could be his last day.

I think Mads smells he can keep green. As Binny seems to off the boil. And Merlier is spent. UAE have destroyed him.

The TNT crowd in the post-race discussion were saying that Mads should get more involved in the final sprints than he does, but there’s plenty of intermediate sprint points for him to accumulate to keep Green.

I think there’s only 2 sprint stages left, including Paris, which isn’t for the sprinters now with the route changes

Yes. I dont think the fantasy league priced that in, so Mads has been a bargain :star_struck:
