Ugh. I took a risk on that stage and it totally didn’t work out for me. Down to second in the league blowing a comfortable lead :frowning:

But, theyve got Remco.

Seixas gets GC plus white jersey points daily. Remco only geta one of them. Seeing as both are going to be there, or thereabouts, I reckon Seixas will score higher over the final week :+1:

Dont beat yourself up yet

Let’s see how I can cock it up over the next few days.

I have a couple of transfers left. Was thinking of putting a sprinter in for tomorrow, but better to play it safe if there are more abandonments!

Odd stage so far, Pog/Remco accidentally in the break twice now. Feck off would you.

I would defo rather be a rouleur who does 1-day and picks their stages.

Puncheur? I liked Greg van Avermaert (hence the BMC purchase).

Yeah, like Alaphillipe, Stuyven, Valgren, Asgreen etc.

Just entertaining to watch, then?

Well it seems like a more ā€˜fun’ way to ride too.

I need the Philipsen group to come back to Pedersen’s. I didn’t pick Peds as my Bonus, so need my closest rivals to dip out on the x2  Hopefully Stuyven holds them off, always good to see riders like him suceed; ETA I fear now the chase has consolidated he’s in trouble.

Small mass sprints - fun but less carnage

Wow, good sprint. Mads got buried

Handy for me Mads was only 8th; purely for the league! My arch rivals all had him (as do I) but I picked Simmo for bonus.

Watching back, he couldn’t go with MVDPs acceleration at the end and started going backwards. Wasn’t that he got boxed. Says a lot for how hard MVDP went.
