So he has had a few stress fractures over the last 18 months and didn’t think his diet moght be a factor. F*ck me, that is one of the first things he should have thought of IMHO. I know it is what some find appealing but he is such an amateur.

Yes. Crazy lean recently, got results, but classic case of risk / reward and now paying the price. Always seemed likely tbh.

Ruth Aslte injured with a hip effusion
Ironman Frankfurt (male only) is taking place today (Sunday). Jonas Schomburg was off the front pushing hard on the bike and his entire aerobar/front-end came loose. A mechanic got it back working again.
A little further on and word from the course was that it’d come off again so he ripped it off and apparently threw it into the bushes/fields.
The setup was deemed dangerous (no shit!) and he’s now retired.
Some of the big names (Lange, Blu, Gustav, Magnus) are all in a group a little further back.
