Got round to watching the Hamburg mixed relay yesterday. Really good racing again and a GB win from what looks like a B team. Sian Rainsley is a quality athlete

Kind of given up on AB. He just can’t seem to put a training block then race together.
Tri 247 says if he wants a shot at Kona 22 he needs to Q, with the last chances Kalmar and Tremblant. Can’t see it happening.
