Just had a quick look. They never do anything ‘properly’ over there, mainly because Empfield has a brain that’s stuck in the 80s. He’s sold it now but Heisler and Wynn still seem to be his little minions.

Was anybody following the ‘Changes to the Lavender Room’ saga on the new ST? Lots of heated debate.
I’ve just clicked on my ST bookmark and the LR has gone completely. Seems a bit odd.
I don’t like the mobile version where it seems I get a thread feed so get posts from the tri forum, classifieds, LR etc… I only really go to watch the lionel thread so might have to even give that a miss…
I only ever view it on my laptop. Maybe the LR is there on other devices but I can’t see it anymore.

I still cant believe what a mess they’ve made implementing Discourse. I suppose the positive is they had a modern enough forum to convert historical posts which is still a shame for us, but we are 5 years in and done a good job of building back up. See a post by Slowtwit leader, passing the buck and essentially saying he didn’t agree with all the different new “categories”
