A day off today and I’m feeling better so will aim
to get out tomorrow to do the 80kms that will take me over 300km.

I might make 200km
I’m more interested in running 200km in December though, should be easy 6km to go.

I had planned a few more rides outside from Thursday but the weather is turning even colder 
with a chance of snow and I’m not cycling in sub zero temperatures.
I’ll try and get on Zwift though

70kms, today. Had a lovely, slow, lumpy ride with my ride buddies, so the perfect way to round out the year. That gave me 289k for the Rapha 500 and I really CBA to do the other 11k to get over 300 as I was getting properly cold towards the end. I had done over 400k including the ride I did on the 23rd and have been ill for the duration of it, so I’ve done enough, and all kms banked were #poetapproved road kms.
