Its always fun to run races on Zwift, where top 2 or 3 guys are breaking WR.
One well know “athlete” regularly records runs at 22kph, when his trainer has a max speed of 20kph, he has had it ramped by the manufacturers apparently

Has anyone tried pairing a Zwift RunPod (and HRM) to their Garmin watch, then transmitting that through virtual Run to Zwift for more (hopefully) accurate cadence/speed?
If so, was it worth it?
After a lot of frustration I gave up on the Zwift RunPod and Zwift Runn sensor…bought a Stryd foot pod, really accurate piece of kit for both indoor and outdoor training. I base most of my run workouts on Stryds power zones rather than relying on HR zones.
