Respray sounds like a faff; I’m guessing it was just opportunists who’ll sell it for vape money. Either that or it will be broken down and sold separately. But yeah that frameset is a little conspicuous; if you were the buyer you’d have to sand it down yourself, then take it somewhere to be resprayed (assuming you had knowledge of its providence or suspected it was nicked).

I was quite amused on FB where Skipper realised his 60T 1x set up may not be optimal for Enbrunman and was asking how big a rear his set up could support
(Think he’s gone smaller front but still wanted more on the rear…).

I remember when the ITU worlds were in Hyde Park and I saw a yoof in a hoody and trainers riding a Cervelo P5 with disc along Brixton Road. I could be doing the kid a diservice, but I reckon he “found” it somewhere near the triathlon 
I’m sure most high end bikes that are stolen opportunistically like that are sold on for a fraction of their actual value. Probably a different story with Strava-stalkers who break into people’s sheds to steal high end bikes.
