Started on the garden this afternoon, a lot more to do but at least it’s started.
Need - spring training plan revamp. Over due to increase my running and did not keep up strength over winter. Happy I’m strong enough on the bike though so I’ll switch to focus on the run, enjoying the Garmin workouts but may reengage with the club when the clocks change. Thinking about club bike rides too - haven’t seen them in nine months…

Psyching myself up to book some races, I think there’s a Battersea 10k £27 in a few weeks to set a baseline for the season, White Oak standard £56 triathlon on June 7th I need to sign up for.
