As the title says really, I’m looking to improve my swimming as its pretty dire at the moment so some pro help is needed. Anyone got any recommendations?

I’m coached by Russ and he used to be very active on TT1.0. Not used him for 1:1 swim coaching , but he’s a good guy and does it.

Thanks mate, I had contacted a guy called Andy Bullock who’s website was very impressive, but he has moved to Germany, so bit of a long way to trek to have an hours swim lesson he did recommend Russ though, so i think i’ll bung him an email
