TDF - As it happens

You lose ALL the points in the competition, if the rules are followed.

Somehow he make up 5 minutes on the mountain and inside the time gap.

So either a lot of very sticky bottles, or possibly the time gaps were dodgy.

Hmm, down to 4 teammates before start of play today after the follicle-botherers pulled out en masse. Bastards.

I’m not buying their product now or forever. They’ve lost me as a potential customer.

Alas, about 15 years ago if I’m honest….:man_bald::grinning:

Nic Dlamini crashed early in the stage and rode most of the way by himself. He finished 40minutes outside the cut-off but was determined to finish the stage and not climb off the bike and into the team car 🄲

Didn’t Paul Sherwin do that many years ago and the organisers felt that doing the stage solo was entirely in the spirit of the tour and so they let him continue

Ok intermediate sprint time. Cav off the back already

Colbrelli takes it - drafted him in yesterday. He’d better pay me back!

Ballerini went a bit early for DQS

Yeah big time … more like an Italian alliance

surprised to see him as high as 16/1 to win today, maybe it’s too flat for him though

Time for some crosswinds to make things interesting?

or they knew he’d puncture when the train started hitting top speed

Cav’s attempt at making history can wait; I have Sagan in my Fantasy Team…priorities!

Wonder what Bennett is thinking when he sees the way it’s gone so far?

No Sean, it’s not a ā€œwashing machine effectā€ it’s ā€œconcertinaā€.

As a Brit surely what Cav is trying to do trumps fantasy placings…
