I subbed out DeGent and Domoulin, and brought in GVA and Pogacar. Desperately hoping for a charge up the leaderboard to a more respectable mid-place finish by the end!!

Wonder what happens if you’re out of credits and lose a rider. You have to have a complete team. Do they just sit as a non-scoring shadow?

It’s funny how we can all see the same things so differently. Personally, I have a massive question mark over Pogacar for a climb like the Colombier. Everything he has excelled on so far has been relatively short and punchy. A 17k relentless climb, 2wks into a grand tour is a totally different thing. And that kind of thing is very much Egans strength.
I’m still very open minded to how the final 8 days might play out
