That first 5 minutes

Yeah, as others have said a common problem.
I was super motivated for about 5 years and literally never missed a session (doesn’t say much for the rest of my life!). Now I’m more normal.

My tip. Give yourself permission to go easy for the session. (do you know what, I’ll jog round the block and if I feel awful I’ll come home.) Once I am jogging around the block 99 times out of 100 I’ll do the session I had planned.
