Still clinging to my Garmin fitness age of 47 (which I am sure isn’t really accurate and just their to flatter their customers - does anyone have a fitness age older than their real self - not anyone with a Garmin watch I suspect)

Was it Billy Connolly who said “recently I turned 50. More recently I turned 56”. :laughing:

I’m 59 soon so will definitely be looking for joint support, Saga holiday and walk-in bath advice.
