The over 50's

Just watching Shaun of the Dead.

Shaun’s dad (Bill Nighy), was 54 when he played the part FFS

18 months later, and I dipped under 20:00 yesterday at Edinburgh.

Took more consistency and dedication than I could generally be arsed with, tbqh

I think I have broke my ‘other / good’ toe.

The bad was was after falling down the stairs just under a year ago, a week or two after entering IM Calella-Barcelona :upside_down_face: as it happens.

Getting old is a challenge.

Actually I think I sprained it, caught it in the bed sheets the other day. Think it was Friday as at the time I said I can hardy walk fook knows how I am going to run Sunday.

Anyway, both big toes are fooked.

I think I speak for both myself and the aforementioned honorable gentlemen when I say we absolutely do not.

There are specialist websites you can get your trotter fix Fruity, allegedly.

Later in the day of my last post I have done something to my first toe.

Walked about 11km and my toe (nexted the big toe) became extremely painful, sollen and red.

Ive had ice on it for the last hour.

That will be fun dragging the bike and cases tomorrow.

Ended up in minor injuries. On Antibiotics for the infection linked to Capsulitis of the second toe

Flu jab today, must be getting old. Although I was the youngest in the queue by about 25 years. It’s good to boost my 5G coverage.

Wish I’d got mine done. Currently on my 4th day of feeling absolutely rubbish. This one’s hit pretty hard.
