Trying to follow this from Vancouver Island - can you believe I am actually just here for a holiday … no races…

About time, just relax

Is there a ‘dumb’ tracker for CCC? All I can see is ‘LiveTrails’

oh no!

But I do love an underdog at the front of the race. I don’t even think Bouillard has a sponsor …allez Bouillard :cow2::bellhop_bell: …couldn’t find a cowbell :see_no_evil:

Also go Katie  she’s well on her way to doing the double :star_struck:

She is ripping up the course - an hour ahead of Courtney’s record last time I looked

I couldn’t sleep last night and saw Jim come into Courmayeur… he didn’t look in good shape, just a bit dejected (for want of a better term) and a good chunk behind the leaders.

Bloody hell!

Crikey… watching race leader Vincent struggle to find his extra bottle in a mandatory kit check at the final aid station was a bit stressful!

We were at the top of La Flegere to see the leader come through - good to see Jim to come out and support his team mate having pulled out last night

Are you sporting bucket hat or baseball cap? They seem to be compulsory :joy:

2nd place French guy with a huge support

3rd was sneaking up just behind him virtually unnoticed with the fuss being made over the French chap

Not a bad spot for a drink and to spectate

Killian crushing it!

It took Ueli Steck 60 days. Killian did it in 19 :exploding_head:

Crikes he’s finished already? I’d been vaguely keeping an eye on this, but hadn’t realised he was that quick.

Like the Bob Graham Round on speed!

To shamelessly steal someone else’s comment - that’s not Nnormal

It’s the cycling between runs etc that’s also crazy!

I’ve been following this, it’s just incredible what he’s achieved. 1207km with 75,344m elevation gain in 19 days and that doesn’t even describe the difficult terrain he had to navigate to get to the summits…phenomenal!

Apparently the Hardwolds 80 is a qualifier for the western states 2025.
