Finished in 3:14 - slower than last years 3:01 but was a hundred or so places better than last year which shows the effect of the heat I think
Now been queuing 2 hrs to get back through the Mt Blanc tunnel ffs

Enjoying lunch in Chamonix while the finishers from the TDS come past - every one is applauded to the rafters by the crowds - fantastic atmosphere
These folks are finishing around the 38 hour mark - well inside the cut off for the 148km race with 9000m of vert - max finishing time 44 hrs

Preparations well in hand at St Gervais
22.5km into the course with 951m of elevation gain at this stage
Front runners expected @7:36 (starting from Chamonix at 6pm) pretty rapid half with that amount of elevation. Cut off at 10pm
Meanwhile I am relaxing in a cafe with an Affligem
