Definitely for the whole hog rather than 2x50 in my book

Don’t linger too long at the halfway either or you will stiffen up. Feels rough starting again after the food at halfway but feels better after about 10 mins

I know the BMs are popular but for me, it’s so far removed from anything I can relate to, I just don’t really get too excited about it.

Yeah same. It was quite exciting at the start when I first started watching it/reading about it. But as with many things in my life it’s drifted to the back of my consciousness now as a more general point of interest rather than anything active.

I think the inability to track or follow it obviously adds to its mystique but does make it hard to get invested in it.

Agreed I just can’t be arsed with it anymore tbh - I think I have read a few negative things about Laz too, that has kind of put me off as well.
