First run through with this
Just the exercises no row or run.

Did ten reps then moved on, so 1000 reps in 37 mins ish

Av hr was 160 but felt much easier than that?!

Duck me how hard are tuck jumps?! Not done them for years, burpees are not far behind either, hope my back is ok in the morning !!!

The three peiā€s same as ptiā€s in the Army, are way way faster than me, but even in this shape ā€¦ there not!

30 mins on the treadmill ending with 2 mins at 17 kph (allegedly). So sweaty. No fans, no mirrors, no entertainment.

Rowing, 4.5k, 0.25k.
S&C, 2 sets each ofā€¦ donkey kicks, weighted bridges, kettlebell sumo squats, calf raises and military presses.

Woke up feeling ok after a hard swim and a big 1000 rep circuit yesterday, I thought I might have a bad backā€¦ but all good ! Boom!

Easy weights, stretch and 10 press ups per min for half an hour.

It is looking like I will hit my press ups target for the year, Iā€™ve counted it up twice in my high tech sports storage device ( book)

Core and strength circuit tomorrow.

Had a 30 min gap. Not ideal as had just finished dinner like 10 mins earlier. But it was that or nothing. So popped out for aap around town. Went outside. Came back in, ran upstairs and grabbed my gloves! :joy:

Although I did then take them off after less than a km as I heat up real fast. :man_facepalming:t3:

Tuesday night is a regular running night with my mate, he comes straight from work before going home. Heā€™s a big football fan but hadnā€™t realised England - Wales was at 7pm. So he was super keen to get the run finished and back home for the 2nd half, basically wound it up the whole way and I think the last km was 3m50 or something :smile:
