It’s 69g of carbs, current science is saying we can push to processing nearer 100g per hour, so they could update their “marketing material” for a 25% increase in turnover.
Are they publicly traded?

It’s just hyper-normalising sports nutrition; people were running well under 2:10 marathons for years on almost no kcals during a race. Steve Jones ran 2:07 on a diet of fags and chip butties ffs
I’m still not convinced by the whole Vaporfly thing tbh. I buy Nikes because I have for the most part of 30 years (they had a few years in the wilderness), just really liked their running shoes.
CTL is now up to 116, however, since my FTP went up to 315, TSS for bike rides has taken a bit of a hit
Did the rabbit have a barcode . Or had you been drinking!
I have seen someone walking a cat before
Jeff
It had a coat on ffs. Had to google it when I got home. Bonkers
Haha, I think you are going to have to get a photo this weekend!
Some people are unhealthily obsessed with their pets. This weekend someone on my FB posted a Status update after the dog went to the vet with bad foot; their living room is full of pictures of Dalmatians. Obvs they don’t have kids & never will; trust me they’d be shocked that dogs are not like kids
Fixed that - people get obsessed with all sorts of thing, rarely it is unhealthy, pets not at the unhealthy end, in fact even less so than kids almost certainly (as who cares if they screw up their pets mental or physical health) Obsessions are fine when they don’t harm others, and this rabbit obsession even seemed to give Adam joy, so he should keep it in his life.
*** Think @jibberjim beat me to it ***
I didn’t know you’d done a 15h Ironman? @Poet
I have no sport related pictures in the house, or military. All bikes away in garage, don’t collect the kids in my Lululemon sports kit. In fact, you’d be mistaken for thinking I was a really boring loser…
Insert appropriate emoji.
Right I’m taking my phone next time I’m at Bushy. This thing was massive
I got close, 13 hours for my first one
Then what do you have pictures of in your house …
My wife is creative director; probably just as well.
I think a Beano duvet and pictures of Jessie Ventura with Old Painless & Iron War would be a bit much. If anyone has a signed photo of Lewis Collins though…
I googled it and saw the pics, it was bigger than some dogs
7.75 hours cardio last week, usual 4 hours core and weights and lots of stretching.
Just have slight niggle on both achillees areas, good job tomorrow is a day off.
BTW fellow Wattbike owners - I was told that I need to increase my functional (I think) power, so I just whack the bike onto the magnetic scale of 10, and always have it on the hill climb setting of 5. My intervals at the moment are very few at >250W x 1 min, but I do find this hard and the old HR is usually up to the 150/160s, which for a 55 year old is possibly >90%. Does anyone else have the settings at these or harder? I’ve always piddled around with the magnetic setting around 5 until I realised that after Tri Extreme I don’t have much functional power!
I generally leave the mag resistance around 2 or 3 and just change the fan from 1 to 8 depending on how hard I want resistance.
With a cadence around 85 that’s usually over 300w, you are better off just going the wattage.

Have been bumbling about for the past few months but today took the treadmill a bit faster for a couple of kms. That was a shock to the system.
Nearly 3 months of F45 3-5 times a week… running max once a week. Best parkrun time in that period was an 18.05 in the soon to be outlawed, maybe, Vaporfly. This would suggest that Hiit training is reasonably effective at keeping a semi decent level for running although probably not optimal. Also ran the Southern Cross Country champs reasonably well at the weekend (591st out of 1190 is actually a half decent result).
Still cant do many unassisted overhand pull ups so i’m going to keep F45 ing for a bit longer, i’ll need to increase the running for Snowdon soon ish though…
