I always β€œ worry β€œ when fit people have a cold that won’t shift.

There was one guy on IMJ ( not a twat either !)
Got a really bad summer cold in 2019, he ended up being quite ill ( we still speak now and then )
His racing days are definitely over, he is the exception rather than the rule I guess.

Got quite a bad long term breathing condition, still has it now started with β€œ I can’t shift this cold β€œ 3? Months …?!?
He’s alive but can’t race anymore

Had an ECG on Tuesday, all good apparently - a slightly enlarged ventricle indicating the training I do. Symptoms likely from anxiety in Jan and Feb.

First time a woman has been impressed when I took my shirt off in decades, so I must be doing something right. :sunglasses:

Standards obvs set a pretty low bar at the GPs clinic…

Managed to get out for the trail run I planned on doing yesterday, extended it slightly to 13k with 370M ascent. Managed to stay dry but there was a brutal wind on one section.

Ran out of time for a swim.

Coaching this evening then 1.5hrs cricket nets. Wont be able to walk in the morning.
