Got a really bad summer cold in 2019, he ended up being quite ill ( we still speak now and then )
His racing days are definitely over, he is the exception rather than the rule I guess.

Had an ECG on Tuesday, all good apparently - a slightly enlarged ventricle indicating the training I do. Symptoms likely from anxiety in Jan and Feb.

Managed to get out for the trail run I planned on doing yesterday, extended it slightly to 13k with 370M ascent. Managed to stay dry but there was a brutal wind on one section.
Ran out of time for a swim.
Went to the gym this morning, strength training.
Coaching this evening then 1.5hrs cricket nets. Wont be able to walk in the morning.
