90 minutes very easy andâŚ
Training mainly consisted of falling down the stairs⌠hence no run, and more training getting more ice out of the freezer.
Scheduled run was 12km easy⌠aggh!

Canât think or picture anything else.
Felt like it.
Somehow got loose, bouncing around. Not great when youâre locked onto a spin bike!
At least you shouldnât be able to run it over!
Trained twice today.
Gym this morning. Swim in the evening.
Calf went ping a few weeks back. Having a tough time getting it behave. Iâve done a few short rides and jogs. Thanks.
You are welcome!
What are we talking, Gastro or Soleus? Any idea on the grade?
Anyway 5km run for me. 64m elevation. 21:42.
Getting very tempted to put a fiver on sub 40 in this 10km youâve entered. When is it again?
It behaved this morning.
Prince Andrewâd 6km at Sub 5:00/km
Honestly Fruity, Iâm over 13 stone. Thatâs not going to change over Christmas!
I donât know what this means, and donât want to ask.
No sweat. Pizza afterwards.
I ran a 1:20 half marathon over that. Stop making excuses. ![]()

You can see my belly wobbling in the photos.
Iâd also just got married, moved house, moved jobs and hadnât ran over 11km in 4 years.
Today should have been a 21.1km but it could be a while before I can run again, could be 5-7 days or 5-7 weeks.
Off work yesterday couldnt walk most of the day.
It is much better this morning but still painful.
^ looks okay actually, had much worse looking which have cause less pain and inconvenience.
Oh look at you.
We all bow at the altar of thou so great.
@GRamsay, if I have to see it, so do you.
I tried to take the least offensive pic⌠That might have made it worse ![]()
I dont though do I. Its covered. I wonât be expanding the spoiler and will survive another day.
Thatâs why Iâm saying it. @gingerbongo âs n=1 sample size of me ![]()
Managed to get 2 rides in this weekend on the newly reassembled Canyon Endurance. 60km yesterday and 40km today, both on wet slippy Dorset back roads.
Enjoyed it. Got to say the Canyon feels much better suited to these roads than the straight flat dusty cycle paths it has known until this point. Really stable and pretty responsive. Flawless shifting too- in Doha I hardly ever needed to change gear. Or steer. Just point it forward and pedal.
My bum is out of practice though & it currently hurts a bit to sit on a hard surface ![]()
