Then had a sit in the hydro pool and sauna.

A bit knackered now. The wind is impressive, but sadly closed th cable car adding time to my commute home.

Those 50s were actually not bad, and I didn’t feel like I’d swam so far or for so long.

Still ill.

Managed an easy 6km run, with a few slopes, slopes not easy, but down hill finish was nice. Extremely windy. Think it was an average of 5:18/km so not bad as sick as a dog.

just about shaken off my 1 beer hangover, to be fair it was a large beer, think I’m going to head to the local hills to try and bag a vertical km with no route in mind

I got about half the load I expected yesterday both bike and swim :man_shrugging:

Still not 100% but a bit better today… couldnt get up for the bike but managed a run with 10x sprints 2:xx /km.
