Fuck, that’s cool. :+1:

Bored 1,500m swimming.
Drills, with some 25/50m sprints sprinkled in.

Feel the water, be the water, blah blah blah.

Went to bed at 9. Sleeping by 9.30. Up at 6.45. :ok_hand:t4:

Fresh as a daisy today.

Up early for last ‘big’ brick tmw morning before work, so that works well.

How are you finding it?
They look good, my 920XT offers superb battery life, but I’m tempted by the music offering on the 945, as it’d mean I would not need my phone

@SidSnot - When was your last rest day? 25th December?

One every 6 months or so  I think as I mentioned before, its not for everyone, but I manage. The proof will, hopefully, be in the pudding on 4th July :us:

Everyone loves a good PMC!

I’ve just recalculated my TSS from 5th April, as that’s when this “block” of training began.

Swim Threshold was 1:34/100m, it’s more likely 1:30/100m (reckon I could do a 14:58 1km TT based on my 1:25/100m reps)
Bike Power was 287W, so I’ve upped that to 300W.
Run Threshold was 4:00/km for some reason, so I put that as 3:49/km (got a five miler at that pace, so it’s all good)

LTHR was 140, when it’s more likely to be 158bpm (from a 10TT and that 5 mile run), maybe a little higher, taking off the first few minutes when it’s still getting up to speed.

Graph now looks like below, which gives my CTL as a much more believable 100 and not the ~120 it has been on

Nice trend there though.

All looking :peach:y :ok_hand:t2:

My 920 was dying a bit.

I like the slightly bigger screen and the wrist HR seems ok, so my chest isn’t getting ripped to shreds.

Not sure how Spotify etc would work without some sort of internet connection, but I’ll be loading up some music for the marathon so I can use my pockets for gels instead of my phone

Cheers - I like the graph over the Easter Weekend, when I “treated” myself to a mini-home based training camp!

Managed 1,650TSS in nine days

Eh?
Are you allowed to use those bone conducting headphones then?

Yep.

Got my DnB all lined up to keep my cadence at 178-180

errrm - if this is the run element of a triathlon, then no headphones allowed, not even bone conduction ones.

I think you need premium and it caches it on the watch, but you need to remember to authorise\update the playlist every 30 days or so.

No, he’s running a standalone mara.

@jeffb yeah, that’s what I understood about the Spotify on the watches
