Training - What Training?!

Hmm ok. Not too terrifying. Bare chest rambo dude at the front is equally frightening, not sure that’s costume either

I went for a run, I found @BadAsh and can confirm they are a real person! I was going to do parkrun too, but the forecast decided to make me get home so Maryka could ride before the rain, but no rain arrived.

What happened with nobhead, did you try and beat him? Or is that still on the todo list?

COVID got in the way.

I’ve beaten him before.

It was just him boasting one week about how he’d “taken me down”

The week I was a pacer and running a specific time.

Went out for 2 hours on the winter bike in a monsoon.
It was grim.

60 miles, this morning. On-off rain for most of it. Could have been worse.

5 Miles of running in the rain. Quite enjoyed it, and nice to not being trying to stick to Z1/2 for a bit!

Ran in the rain yesterday, lubed my legs to prevent chub-rub on the inner thighs but forgot to lube nipples :man_facepalming:t4:

Absolutely tipping it down when I got up so 2 hrs on the trainer watching Boulder 70.3.
