First day of my strength program, probably over an hour’s worth. I don’t feel any stronger yet!

3 circuits of 5 min intervals on incline treadmill, assault bike and rower.

KB swings, thrusters, pushup and plank

Wasn’t easy or hard, bit of a grey zone session.

Yep. Going to see if I can get a bit closer to 20. Should hopefully be around 20:30ish if I don’t blow it in the first 2kms. You there too?

Yeah I’ll be there. I hadn’t planned on running that fast but I’ll see if I can spot you in the morning and see how my legs are.

A much better result that weds, then swam 166 l in one hour 1 min, so same pace as tues but arguably more fatigued ?

Went for a swim in an outdoor pool - 11° :cold_face: heads up breastsroke for 80%! Some old geezer was just in his trunks heads down all the way :muscle:

Marathon on Sunday - still undecided on my starting pace. I suspect I’ll go for broke, same as last time!

Should have been 3mins 30secs between each interval but made a hash of setting the rest period on the app as I was alternating with a training partner.
