nice ride to the pool this evening, well wrapped up, as it was bloody cold…. and then a short 1100m swim, still getting my shoulders used to swimming again after a LONG lay off… still feels like really hard work though.
and CTL finally back over 50 after hitting a low of 3 at the start of the year!!!

Did the parkrun at Hartlepool this morning, O\T was 19:56 but I think it’s a bit generous although I did have a bit of a Garmin fatfinger problem at the end.
Last 2K was into a strong breeze and I’d been isolated pretty much all the run, didn’t think anyone was particularly close behind until 2 went past at about 3-3.5K , front 3 had vanished in the first K.
Slight improvement but probably need to get a bit more regular again.
