Going to be an easy week I think but better to be alright once I’m off.

First run in 2.5 weeks.

A very gentle 5k on the treadmill, IT band held up with no pain.

Interestingly, lungs were also fine. The rowing and indoor cycling must have worked.

Fairly lazy 1250m in the pool tonight. Hard to be motivated as it’s just the ā€œI’m knackeredā€ time of year as everyone is saying, and now it feels a case of when not if get landed with this new Covid strain. But nice thinking time, it was quite quiet so could zone out a bit and work on a couple of things.

Trying to psyche myself up for some core work tomorrow but I just want to open a selection box and watch Muppet Christmas Carol.
