30mins trail run this morning to get in my run for the 100/100, off climbing again this afternoon.
Pouring with rain this morning, then it started to snow and now I’m inside, bright sunshine!
Going snowshoeing in a couple of weeks, never done it before. Just hoping Allgäu (wrote that for @Jorgan being the Bayernkenner on here!!) have some more snow soon, otherwise it might be more sludge, muddy shoeing.
54 min Zwift strength builder.
1:50 at 130W
10s all out
Ten times.
Did the wu, ri and cd in aero
Running again
Loving the motivational good job. Thanks Garmin
I made it out of the otherside of the run session both alive and feeling good for it. Currently eating as much food as possible.
5 days into an attempt to run every day in Jan and going ok. Just trying to get my runs legs back with a bit of consistency. I’ve classed a run as anything more than 10 mins, so adding little brick runs everytime I do a Zwift ride. It won’t be pretty those days when I have to head out on the days I do a Zwift race and am breathing out of my arse as I flail a sprint finish for 48th place like normal.
Some people class “running” London Marathon in six hours as a run.
I could walk it in approximately that time.
Mix that logic with your logic…
… I’ve ran every day since, well, about 2008
I mean about 2km, got to actually be running.
Otherwise my walk to drop kids at school counts
6km walk, 59.01 (was going for sub 1hr ) at 10.12 pace.
Beautiful blue sky and setting sun but freezing out there!
First proper gym and core session since Sep 2019
Nice and easy 6km treadmill run.
Nice and easy 6K plod round the block, cold but really nice evening.
1 hr treadmill intervals
25 mins yoga with Adriene at lunchtime with Mrs T
Yoga earlier today and then a run tonight with mates.
I’ve now doubled December’s running days already!
Cracking evening. Cold, reasonably still, clear skies. Was perfect running weather.
4 x 400m easy at the pool
All nice and easy just to see where my effort levels are at
Third rep included an eight second goggle stop (1:39-1:47)
Very nice at an easy pace. Is that long course or short course?
25m pool.
There’s a couple of LC pool in Manchester, I believe, from the Commonwealth games, but I CBA to drive 20mins for a swim.
I’d much rather walk one mile to the town pool
To be fair, I should really join ManTri and go to some sessions, as my swimming got good really quick when I was swimming with a squad.
But time vs hassle
Not very woke.
8.43 chilly miles
Got quicker as the run went on and HR starting to go back down (although probably due to the cold)
1:02:28
7:25 per mile
